For over five decades, the ACSA Leadership Summit has empowered school leaders across California to connect, reflect, and innovate together. This year’s flagship event takes place November 6–8, 2025 at the Hilton Union Square in San Francisco, bringing together leaders to exchange bold ideas, gain proven strategies, and build powerful networks.

The 2025 theme, Lead Loudly: Sharing Stories, Building Bridges, reflects the clarity, courage, and connection that today’s educational landscape demands. From exploring AI in education to addressing wellness and equity, every session is crafted to inspire leaders to act with intention and impact.
