The recent NAEP test scores highlighted what districts are experiencing - students across the country are in need of evidence-based student acceleration strategies. Districts need support evaluating, refining and implementing their plans. Poorly designed plans or solutions implemented through antiquated systems will lead to activity, not achievement.
